Equipment warranty maintenance support

We provide warranty covers (parts and labor) for all equipments and systems we supply. Warranty covers repairs to correct any unit or system defects related to quality of production, raw materials or workmanship existing at the time of purchase or commissioning.

Warranty Period

Standard warranty: We offer 1 year standard warranty from the date of equipment purchase or system commissioning.

Extended warranty: We offer 2-3 years warranty extensions at additional charge..

Warranty Terms, Limitations, and Conditions

Maintenance and care:

Equipment or system under warranty requires care and maintenance as per manufacturer recommendations. Failure to properly maintain and care the equipment or the system may void the Warranty.

Damage from Accident, Misuse, or Alteration.

Damage or failures caused by electrical faults, fire, theft, environmental exposure, exceeding the duty cycle, modification, misuse/abuse of the equipment are not covered under the Warranty. Damage or failure due to acts of god (flood, hurricane etc.) or acts of war are not covered under the Warranty.

Labor

During warranty period all warranty repairs and replacement of parts are performed by JS Electromec ltd free of charge.
