We provide labor and parts, on an "on-call” and “Annual Preventive maintenance arrangement” basis to maintain UPS systems and Power conditioning equipments in accordance to the terms and conditions of maintenance agreement.
Essential services provided includes:
- • Guaranteed 6-hour on-site emergency response within Dar es Salaam city.
- • Parts and labor for corrective action 24-hrs/7 days.
- • Scheduled Annual Preventive Maintenance Services.
- • Updating of software or firmware to latest revision.
- • 7 days, 12-hour phone support.
- • All works performed by factory trained Customer Engineers (CE’s).
For Scheduled Annual preventive maintenance, the following services are performed
- • Visual inspection of the equipment, including sub-assemblies, wiring harnesses, contacts, cables and major components.
- • Check all nuts, bolts, screws, and connectors for tightness and heat discoloration.
- • Clean any foreign material and dust from internal compartments.
- • Operational test of the system including unit transfer to and from bypass.
- • Operational test of the system including unit transfer to and from battery.
- • Visual checks and operational test of the equipment and related switch gears.
- 8. Run all system diagnostics, and correct all diagnosed problems.
- • Clean and tighten all power connections at the input and output terminals, at all circuit breakers, and at the terminal posts and fuses on the rectifier and inverter legs.
- • Check all power cabling for abrasions and burn spots. Visually check components for signs of overheating, swelling, leaking, etc
- • Resolve any previous outstanding problems, review operation with user personnel, and report any power enhancement or equipment operation recommended changes.
- • Check all electronic cards and modules.
- • Check deterioration of power components resistors, capacitors, thyristors, etc.
- • Check and service cooling fans/ air filters.
- • Check status of UPS batteries and conduct battery tests.
- • Calibration of Input/Output Voltage, if necessary.
- • Report of any defects if found
